  • Meet Santa Claus at Elves Village, Levi — private family visit

    Why this stands out

    • The most focused Santa meeting program at Elves Village — Santa’s home walk-through and private meeting in 1 hour
    • Private meeting: one family at a time with Santa in his personal room, reached by magical elevator
    • Every child receives a small gift directly from Santa
    • Letters to Santa can be brought and handed over in person
    • The roof of Santa’s new mountain home is strong enough for reindeer landings; windows look out over the northern sky

    Santa’s new home

Guests step into Santa Claus’s new mountain home — a walk-through experience at Elves Village, 8 km from Levi. Inside: his office, kitchen, the wardrobe of travel costumes and the bedroom with Christmas books. A hidden secret door opens into the History Room, where the fascinating evolution of toys comes to life. The route continues into the audiovisual exhibition room, where a talking tree shares ancient Lappish stories in soft, atmospheric light.

The private family meeting with Santa Claus

A magical elevator ride takes each family directly to Santa’s personal room. One family at a time, approximately 5–10 minutes. Every child receives a small gift. Letters can be handed over in person. Photography permitted; video recording not permitted.

What this program does not include

This program does not include the guided Elves’ Hideaway activities (Gingerbread House, Elf School, Seita Stone, reindeer fence). Those are included in the Santa’s Workshop and Elves’ Workshop programs. This is the direct, focused route to Santa for guests who want a shorter experience.

    Responsibility waiver

Scandinavian Travel Group is not responsible for changes, disruptions or unavailability affecting Elves Village or any third-party venue. Tobogganing is at guests’ own risk. Children are always the responsibility of their accompanying adult. We reserve the right to make changes to program content or pricing.
