Ruska refers to the season when the leaves change color before covering the ground. It begins in early September, when day and night are almost equal. The birches turn into golden sunbursts and the aspens blush like young lovers.
Lapland in autumn is a photographer's dream. The return of sunrise and sunset combined with the explosion of colour on the trees and in the night sky makes it hard to know what to photograph.
Ruska is the perfect time for a variety of outdoor activities. It is one of the best seasons for hiking in Lapland and offers breathtaking views, especially near rivers and lakes.
Not long after the leaves say goodbye and take their one-way flight to the ground, the sky sends down the first snowflakes of the season. The snow hasn't yet covered the ground and the trees are bare. The lakes and rivers of Lapland haven't frozen over yet, giving you the best chance of capturing the stunning reflections of the Northern lights.

• Arrival to Kittila airport from Helsinki and transfer to Levi

• Take me to tundra (Northern light check by car)
Day 3:

• Visit to Polarman's camp and Northern lights
Day 4:
• Transfer to Kittila airport and flight to Helsinki

Day 1:

Day 2:
• Animals movie stars park visit and selfies with foxes
• Take me to tundra (Northern light check by car)
Day 3:
• Choose package:
- Active package: Hiking trip by foot to mountainside and picnic
- Relax package: Wild berries and mushroom picking guided walk
• Lappish evening with shaman with dinner
Day 4:
• Reindeer farm and meeting with herder people
• Choose package:
- Active package: Electric fatbike trip with a private guide
- Relax package: Visit to Reidar Saristoniemi art museum
• Visit to Polarman's camp and Northern lights
Day 5:
• Wild food cooking workshop with dinner
• Aurora chase with a Professional photographer
