  • Snowshoeing — Easy Trail & Warm Drink, Levi

    A 2-hour guided snowshoeing tour starting and ending in Levi village centre — no transport at any point. Dec–Apr. Ages 12+. No prior experience required.

    The guide meets the group in Levi centre, fits snowshoes to boot size, and walks to the trailhead at the base of Levi fell. The route is a 2–4 km loop through snow-covered woodland and across small frozen lakes, selected on the day based on snow conditions and group pace. The guide covers animal tracks, Arctic wildlife behaviour and how fauna survives the cold throughout. Midway stop for hot berry juice. The tour returns to Levi village centre on foot.

    Minimum snowshoe size EU 36. Ages under 12 not accommodated due to equipment sizing — contact in advance if shoe size is uncertain.

    Important remarks

    Transport: None. Tour starts and ends in Levi village centre on foot.

    Equipment: Snowshoes and poles provided. Wear your own sturdy, warm winter boots — snowshoes are fitted over them.

    Children’s snowshoes: Minimum size EU 36. Age 12 minimum set accordingly. Contact us in advance if shoe size is uncertain.

    Warm winter clothing: Not included. Available to rent at Safarimarket, Levi centre at €12. Allow at least 20 minutes before departure if renting.

    Pickup: Meeting point in Levi village centre — no transfer required.

    Recommendation

    • Wear warm, layered clothing and sturdy insulated boots. 
    • Two pairs of socks recommended. 
    • The tour involves 2 hours of walking in cold outdoor conditions. 
    • Clothing can be rented from Safarimarket in Levi centre.

    Cancellation Policy

    • We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 7 days or less before the event
    • We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% if booking is cancelled 21 days or less before the event
    • We will charge a cancellation fee of 10% if booking is cancelled 365 days or less before the event
