Husky Self-Drive Safari 5 km (Levi)
A 5 km self-drive husky safari at Lapland Wild Witch kennel in Tepasto, 30 km north of Levi. Operating Dec 1 – Mar 31 with two pricing periods (Dec 1 – Feb 28 / Mar 1 – Mar 31).
Lapland Wild Witch is a small kennel by design — 40 dogs only (Siberian huskies, Arctic-Alaskan huskies and three reindeer dogs), operated by a professional musher who lives on site. Maximum 3 safari sessions per day; dogs receive at least one full rest day per week. Groups are kept deliberately small.
Each adult driver handles their own sled and team. The route begins along a frozen river then opens into wider terrain. After the safari, guests spend time at the kennel with the dogs, then warm up in the kota hut with hot drinks. Warm clothing — thermal overall, boots and mittens — is provided and collected at Safarimarket in Levi centre before departure. Ski goggles are recommended and not provided.
Children 7–12 ride as passengers in a shared sled with an adult driver. Children under 7: not recommended. Single-driver supplement available on request.
Child price applies for ages 2–11. Children under 2: €35.

IMPORTANT! Available to rent only at Scandinavian Travel Group / Safarimarket pick-up location (Keskuskuja 2 B 3). Clothing will not be delivered to other pick-up locations. If you add clothing to your order, always choose only the Scandinavian Travel Group / Safarimarket pick-up location. Please note that warm clothing follows the same cancellation terms as the main product.

Pickup: Free pick-up and drop-off from several designated locations in the Levi area.

Recommendation
- Wear warm winter clothing including thermal layers, insulated boots and mittens.
- In cold weather cover exposed skin and bring hand warmers.
- Ski goggles are recommended for eye protection on the trail and not provided — please bring your own.
- Clothing rented from Safarimarket in Levi centre. Allow at least 20 minutes before departure to get dressed if renting.
Cancellation Policy
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 7 days or less before the event
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% if booking is cancelled 21 days or less before the event
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 10% if booking is cancelled 365 days or less before the event
