Meet Santa Claus & Mrs. Claus in a Secret Hideaway, Levi
A fully private 2-hour Christmas program in a genuine 100-year-old reindeer herder’s and farmer’s cabin, approximately 15 minutes from Levi centre. The entire evening is exclusively for one family or group — no other families, no shared program. Running since 1998 with the same Santa. Operating Nov 19 – Mar 6.
On arrival, an Elf guides the group to a secret meeting point in the forest where Santa and Rudolf the reindeer are waiting. Children board the reindeer magic sled for the ride to the hideaway cabin; parents and other adults walk ahead. Inside the cabin (+10–15°C / 50–59°F): Santa’s storytelling, a personal moment with every child including a surprise gift, traditional Christmas songs and dance (if time allows). Mrs. Claus then hosts a gingerbread baking workshop. The evening closes with Finnish glögi.
Personal gifts and letters from Santa can be arranged in advance on request. Children’s letters can be dropped at our Safarimarket office in Levi before 12:00 on the program day; Santa may not have time to read every letter during the program.
Child price applies for ages 2–11. Children under 2: fixed rate applies.
Cancellation policy: This program has strict cancellation terms. 31+ days before: 50% cancellation fee. 0–30 days before: non-refundable. No exceptions apply, including illness or travel disruption. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Cabin temperature: +10–15°C (50–59°F) inside. Dress warmly for the outdoor transfer and the Elf-guided journey.

Seasonal variation: During the main season (November to early February), Mrs. Claus hosts the full gingerbread baking workshop. Later in the season the format may vary.

Cancellation Policy
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 30 days or less before the event
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% if booking is cancelled 365 days or less before the event
