    A full-day guided trip from Levi to Santa Claus Village and Santa Park in Rovaniemi, 170 km and approximately 2.5 hours each way. Operating Oct 31 – Jan 16 in three seasonal pricing periods.

    The program begins at Santa Claus Village on the Arctic Circle. STG secures one pre-booked group slot for the entire party — the whole group enters Santa’s office together. Walk-in visitors without a booking cannot enter. At the Arctic Circle line outside Santa’s door, guests receive a personal crossing diploma. The Official Santa Claus Post Office is also visited. Inside Santa’s office, personal cameras and phones are not permitted — professional elf photographer only, photos purchasable at exit. Photography freely permitted everywhere else in the Village and throughout Santa Park.

    After the Village, the program continues to Santa Park — a separate underground venue a few minutes away. The entrance ticket covers all attractions:

    • Santa Park Exciting Show — performed on stage 3 times a day
    • Elf School Experience — with Elf School Diploma and Elf Trainee Hat
    • Magic Train Ride
    • Virtual Christmas Sleigh Ride around the World
    • Handicrafts in Elf Workshops
    • ndercrossing of the Arctic Circle
    • Visit to Gingerbread Bakery — gingerbread decoration extra €5 per person
    • Guaranteed family meeting with Santa Claus in his Santa Park chamber
    • Visit to Elves’ Post Office
    • Toy Factory Shopping Area, two Gaming Arenas, Santa’s Corner Shop

    Buffet lunch in the main Santa Park restaurant is included. Desserts, coffee and additional drinks at guests’ own expense.

    Child price applies for ages 3–12. Children under 3: fixed rate applies.

    Important remarks

    Season and pricing: Three seasonal periods: Oct 31 – Nov 15 / Nov 16 – Nov 26 / Nov 27 – Jan 16. Prices differ by period — confirm at booking.

    Group slot: One pre-booked slot for the entire party. The whole group enters Santa’s Village office together. Walk-in visitors without a booking cannot enter.

    Photography: Own cameras and phones not permitted inside Santa’s Village office. Freely permitted throughout Santa Park and everywhere else.

    Gingerbread decoration: Extra €5 per person, paid on site.

    Lunch: Buffet included. Desserts, coffee and additional drinks at guests’ own expense.

    Clothing: Normal winter clothing is sufficient — most of the program is indoors.

    Pickup: Free pick-up and drop-off from several designated locations in the Levi area.

    Child pricing: Child price applies for ages 3–12. Children under 3: fixed rate applies.

    Recommendation

    • Normal winter clothing is sufficient — the program is mostly indoors.
    •  A warm coat and comfortable walking shoes are recommended. 
    • Thermal clothing rental available from Safarimarket in Levi centre if needed; provide shoe, trouser and jacket sizes in advance.

    Cancellation Policy

    • We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 7 days or less before the event
    • We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% if booking is cancelled 21 days or less before the event
    • We will charge a cancellation fee of 10% if booking is cancelled 365 days or less before the event
