Northern Lights Guarantee Tour, Levi — 70% refund if no aurora
A 4–6 hour aurora hunt by minivan, operating Oct 1 – Apr 15. The driver covers up to 200 km from Levi in any direction, following real-time weather and aurora forecasts to locate clear sky. The route is not fixed in advance. Departure is confirmed no later than 16:00 on the day; the tour starts between 16:00 and 21:00; return is between 23:00 and 03:00. Guests must be flexible and available within the departure window.
The 70% refund guarantee applies if no aurora is seen at all during the tour. A sighting counts as successful if the aurora is visible to the naked eye, through the professional camera, or through a smartphone in night mode — even faint. Full terms are set out in the Acknowledgement & Acceptance of Tour Conditions document, available at booking. If conditions make a sighting genuinely impossible before departure, the tour is cancelled with a full refund.
Warm winter clothing is included and collected at Safarimarket. The driver carries a professional camera; aurora photos are processed overnight and delivered by download link the following day. Tripods and phone holders available to borrow.
Stopovers involve extended periods standing outside in Arctic conditions; uneven or snowy terrain is possible. Not suitable for families with small children, seniors with limited mobility, pregnant guests or guests with relevant medical conditions.
Child price applies for ages 2–11. Children under 2: fixed rate applies.

- We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 7 days or less before the event
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% if booking is cancelled 21 days or less before the event
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 10% if booking is cancelled 365 days or less before the event
