Penthouse is on the top 8th floor of the new residential complex “Nordica” opened in November 2019 in the heart of the city center. Penthouse is located higher than other city buildings, therefore you can enjoy a truly unsurpassed panoramic views above all the city roofs to the Lappish nature and wilderness. As far as eye can see the horizon is carved by the Lappish fells, rivers and lakes. Just in front of the house you have a great view of two biggest Lappish rivers junctions. Ounasjoki meets Kemijoki river and it passes under a monumental Lumberjack's Candle bridge. On the other side of the river lies a beautiful Ounasvaara fell.
The Penthouse has been tastefully furnished and decorated with iconic Finnish and Nordic home-design product brands such as Pentik, Iittala house and tableware, Secto Design lamps and Skovby furniture.
We care for your comfort and good night sleep, so we furnished the apartment with one of the best beds in Scandinavia with horsehair mattress.
For your entertainment we equipped the apartment with a large screen TV, Hi-Fi music system and most popular entertainment channels with free guest accounts so you can listen to your favourite music, watch movies and programs.
We promise You would love our Penthouse so much that you may forget the outside world. Nevertheless, going exploring what Rovaniemi has to offer cannot be easier: Nordica residence complex is just few meters from the main pedestrian street Koskikatu, where you will find great options for dining, coffees and shopping; city museums Arktikum, Pilke and Korundi, Martiini old knife factory are just a stone’s throw away. We will be happy to recommend for your dining experience some of our tested partner restaurants.
For a smooth start of your holiday, we would be glad to offer you a welcome grocery package and put some of your favourite wines or other refreshments. At your request we can offer you meals catering and butler services.

Bedroom 2: 2 twin beds 80x200 cm, which can be made into a double bed (160x200 cm) on request.
There is still a possibility to put one extra rollaway bed in the living room or main bedroom.

Recommendation
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: two days before the arrival guest will receive an email message with complete check-in instructions. Check-in time is at 15:00. Earlier check-in requests might be accepted depending to the booking situation, and subject to extra charge.
Check-out time is at 12:00. Late check-out requests might be confirmed depending on the booking situation and subject to additional charge.
House rules
Pets: dogs are welcome to some of our apartments, but always on request and subject to additional charge. Your dog will get a dog mattress, food bowl, towel and a small welcome snack. Cats are not allowed.Smoking: No smoking is allowed inside the apartment, on the balcony, at the staircase or near the house entrance. Smoking is allowed only outside the building in the designated areas, not closer than 10 m from the house entrance.
No partying: our apartments are in a residential building where other people live. Therefore, the general rule is NO loud noises, music or partying is allowed between 10 pm and 7 am.
