Important remarks
- The minimum number of participants required for this activity is two paying adults.
- This activity depends on snow. If the sleigh ride is cancelled because of the lack of snow in early winter (November-December) or late spring (April), the refund is 100%.
- Duration of 3 hours includes the transport time needed to arrive to our location and to return to the pick-up place.
- You need to bring suitable underwear, e.g. a warm layer.
- You can take your camera and phone along for the ride.
- Pick-ups 10 km from Rovaniemi city center are included in the price. Pick-ups further than 10 km from city center are possible with extra fee ( + 2 €/km), which can be paid to the guide
Cancellation Policy
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 3 days or less before the event
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% if booking is cancelled 7 days or less before the event
